Shadow Pony

I bought a pack of watercolor crayons at Michaels a few days ago, and I was really eager to try them out. Which is why the coloring job is a little untidy because it was my first time trying out those new coloring tools. So, obviously, it's going to take me a little while to get used to the hang of using them. Although, I already figured something out about these tools. Crayon is a lot harder to remove off the page than pencil crayon if you make a mistake. It leaves a big, ugly smear in the spot where you tried to erase it.

But on to the picture itself, I'm really, really happy with the way it turned out. This is one of my favorite drawings yet! I found a picture online of a group of mostly the main Sonic characters are turned into ponies, and as soon as I spotted Shadow in the picture, my mind screamed, "OMG! I have to draw him!" So that's just what I did. And I'm more than thrilled with the picture. (despite the coloring being a little spilled over the edges)
